Risk Assessment

Equipment
we must make sure the equipment is safe at all times especially when we are using it. When using the tripod we will make sure it is securly up before connecting the camera to it and when we do we shall make sure it is securely fixed. When moving the tripod we shall take the camera off before moving it. When holding the camera in hand we shall make sure it is held properly to not injure us or drop the camera.
Any leads which are being used such as the camera battery charger or hair straintengers when getting ready are out of the way so no one trips and hurts themseles before, during or after fliming.

travelling
while filming on set in london we will have to travel on the train so to keep us safe as well as the equipment we shall spilt it up between the people on part of the team. this is so no one is left with everything indangering them with the weight or if they drop any apart as well as not attracting unessecary attention to us.

glass and drink
during the bar scene a glass is pushed along the bar top this could potentially break if it fell off we should clean it up immediately with a dust pan and brush and make everyone aware that if pushed to hard it could happen.  as well as when pouring the drink it could spill and if landed on the floor and nor cleaned someone could slip and injure themselves.

I have made an assets list to make sure on the days of filming we dont forget anything and that we are prepared.

I created a Production Schedule for Filming, to allow us a better  idea of just how much time we would need to complete the entire video and all of the processes that go with filming it on the day. We would need this to refer back to when about to film so we are on scheduled  this will also help us get hots out the way in better order as we have a lot to cover and places to go. I have done it in a way we have the band parts out the way first and just the 3 main characters last so the band do not have to come with us everyday as this may be a hassle to them. 

Meeting 30th October 2012

We had another meeting on the 30th October at 12:29- 1pm over Facebook to discuss again who will be doing what  (Institutions, Marketing & Campaign Strategy or
Production Schedule. ) 

and decided that :

Alexandra Will be doing the  Institutions, Marketing & Campaign Strategy 

We also decided that it will be better to get permissions of off goals for the bar scene as they are close and reply quickly. So i (iesha) have emailed them.
